Luma, the first American developed, full-ownership, active adult beachfront community in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, will be a vibrant resort-living community for those 50 years old and over.

Personal Lifestyle Concierge Program: Luma’s unique program blends the advantages of active adult community living with personal lifestyle support services. Each resident will have access to a Personal Lifestyle Concierge who will facilitate the Vallarta lifestyle based on each individual’s desire and preference.

Arrangements like airport transfers, restaurant reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, and adventure travel, personal chef and 24-hour live-in services can be facilitated as requested (additional costs apply). Luma will offer a custom active adult living experience not currently available in the United States or elsewhere.

“Recreating” at Luma: The Luma experience will highlight adventure, community and wellbeing. A wellness/fitness center will offer an ocean view gym with exercise machines, Pilates and yoga studio, and a personal trainer/spa manager who can arrange massages and other spa services.

Luma’s infinity pools will feature salt filtration, beach-style “zero entry” shallow ends, as well as deep water for aerobic exercise. A bocce court will provide a venue for friendly competition, as will card tables in shaded areas amidst the pools and gardens. Walking paths, a dog park and meditation gardens will be located throughout the property.
