Cadillac Van Isle 360° International Yacht Race
JUNE .. Cadillac Van Isle 360 is a 580 km point to point race circumnavigating wild and rugged Vancouver Island. Sailed in ten legs the course provides inshore, offshore and overnight legs through some of the worlds most challenging and beautiful waters.

Celtic Festival & Highland Games
MAY .. Celtic Festival and the 72nd Highland Games scheduled the next weekend at Topaz Park (Blanshard and Finlayson) - Activities include dance, bagpipe and drum competitions, pipebands, caber throwing, heavy event championship, historical display, entertainment, and Celtic food.

Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival
MARCH - May .. Applaud the future!!! 5,000 of Victoria's best young performing musicians, singers, dancers and actors perform daily throughout the festival at venues all around Victoria The program highlights include eight honours concerts in music theatre, strings, piano, vocal, dance and choral as well as the Roberto and Mary Wood Scholarship concerts

JULY .. This popular free annual community event showcases the talents of Victoria's artists and the techniques that they employ. Up to 100 artists line the boulevards of Moss Street from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

SEPTEMBER .. Labour Day weekend, this festival features produce and livestock exhibitions, farm, crafts, live entertainment and a midway.

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER .. Goldstream River is a world-class salmon spawning stream with thousands of Chum Salmon returning each year. The end of the Salmon Run is a signal to the Bald Eagles that it is time to return to Goldstream for their annual salmon feast.

SEPTEMBER .. Started in 1913, this fair focuses on the talents of the community. Artwork, fine craft items, culinary creations, and First nations art are all displayed.

AUGUST ..The Victoria Symphony Orchestra performs on a floating stage in Victoria's Inner Harbour. The free show climaxes with cannon fire and fireworks as the Symphony closes with Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture.

SEPTEMBER .. Victoria Jazz Society featuring local, regional and international blues and R&B artists/groups in both free to the public, and paid admission performances, on the beautiful outdoor stage in Victoria’s Inner Harbor, Ship Point Picnic Site.

JULY ..Victoria’s Annual Ska Festival is the largest and longest running festival of its kind in in North America. The festival represents the growing participation and interest in ska music, its related genres and sub-cultures.

Victoria Classic Boat Festival
SEPTEMBER .. Victoria’s Inner Harbour on the Labour Day weekend where you can view over 100 classic sail and power boats from throughout the Pacific Coast. Featuring steamboats cruising the Gorge Waterway. On Sunday enjoy the colourful sail past in the morning and the annual Schooner Cup and Classic Open Sail races in the afternoon.

AUGUST .. Competitors from the Pacific Northwest challenge each other in a spectacular display of colourful dragon boats. Feel the excitement as you watch from the various inner harbour venues. Take in the many events in the inner harbour.

Victoria Electronic Music Festival
AUGUST .. A week-long showcase of cutting edge DJ's, Producers & live acts both locally and abroad. A non-profit, family-friendly, all-ages festival which features an exceptional artist lineup, a vendor market, live & performance art, beer garden, and much more.

JANUARY - FEBRUARY .. "Bring Film to Life" A ten day celebration of film with over 160 films to choice from. Featuring Converge, My Victoria, a Film Forum, Media Event, Art Exhibition, SIPS Cinema and so much more.
